American Door & Window was founded in 1995 by Chad Barton and Bob Dello Russo in response to demand for a dependable, trustworthy, and quality door,window and millwork supplier.

American is now Florida's largest door plant and one of the largest in the United States.

American's window division was created to bring the same calliber of service to the window business.

American Wall Company manufacturers the Protec wall system, a well engineered alternative to conventional lumber framing systems as well as block. It is made to work in both residential and light commercial applications.

American presently consists of 6 manufacturing facilities serving Jacksonville, Melbourne, Tampa, Sarasota and Orlando. We have a fleet of over 100 trucks; knowledgeable customer service departments with its own fleet of service trucks, and over 100 trim carpenters.

Throughout our six divisions we have the capacity to supply a diverse market. We can handle custom home work, hollow metal, commercial, and every size job from the on the lot builder to the largest production home builder. From high rise beach condos to multifamily apartment projects, from schools to hotels we're the only call you need to make. We also have the ability to custom design moldings. And we can do it all installed!

We only supply our customers with the best products on the market. Therma-Tru, Plast Pro and JeldWen all make up our exterior door product line. JeldWen also provides our interior door line. Milestone, BetterBuilt, PGT and SilverLine make up our window line. We provide hardware supplied by Kwikset, Schlage, and Emtek. Our design centers have samples of all of the above mentioned products.
